Locate your address and return your keys to the underlined location. There is a drop box at the rear of 37 Prospect Terrace and the front door of 89 Main Street for key drop off. Envelopes for keys will be distributed at the beginning of May. Failure to return your key(s) is a charge of $25.00 per key.

The charges on this sheet (although they do not cover all items) are the most common charges in residence turnover or accidental damage done by a resident. It is the desire of management that no charges will have to be made to any resident; but in the event of additional cleaning. repairs, or replacement we want you to be aware of the costs.

Note: Use of LED String Lights will result in a full lose of your security deposit.
